As a management consultant with 25 years’ experience, Daryn has become a subject matter expert in requirements definition, process improvement, and project management. Since graduating Sonoma State University, with a degree in computer science, he has been fortunate enough to make a living doing what he loves: repairing, building, and growing businesses.

Steve has been working with CRM technologies since 1999. Over a 15 year period, Steve and his team at his previous company, Lexnet, helped hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries find success with a number of applications, including SalesLogix, Microsoft CRM, Sage CRM, and Salesforce.
Since graduating from Queen’s University in Ontario with a degree in economics, in addition to having led Lexnet, Steve has also acted as a CRM business analyst on dozens of projects. Over the years, as marketing automation technologies emerged, Steve became well-versed in these tools and their related disciplines, such as: content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and sales/marketing alignment.
In 2013, Steve shifted his focus in order to develop a vendor-neutral consulting practice with Daryn Reif. CRM Switch helps companies become more successful with sales, marketing, and customer service technologies, no matter which vendor they ultimately select.
