Daryn Reif has held leadership roles in a wide range of industries: from manufacturing and software to fashion and telecommunications. Daryn’s specialty is helping companies leverage technology to sell more products/services to more customers more often. “I’m a product marketing guy at heart…with a penchant for technology,” Daryn explains.
As a management consultant with 25 years’ experience, Daryn has become a subject matter expert in requirements definition, process improvement, and project management. Since graduating Sonoma State University, with a degree in computer science, he has been fortunate enough to make a living doing what he loves: repairing, building, and growing businesses.
Whether it’s been acting as CEO, President, or Vice President of Sales & Marketing–for the likes of Fortis Telecom, Willitts Designs, and Corona Consulting Group–he has been directly responsible for developing and executing winning strategies for growth. It’s the reason that Daryn has been called, “100% reliable, creative, and industrious” with “superb judgment and integrity.”
With CRM Switch, since 2013, Daryn and his partner Steve have helped dozens of companies successfully select, implement, and leverage CRM and Marketing Automation solutions to improve their sales and service.
Director of Marketing and Sales
Steve has been working with CRM technologies since 1999. Over a 15 year period, Steve and his team at his previous company, Lexnet, helped hundreds of companies across a wide range of industries find success with a number of applications, including SalesLogix, Microsoft CRM, Sage CRM, and Salesforce.
Since graduating from Queen’s University in Ontario with a degree in economics, in addition to having led Lexnet, Steve has also acted as a CRM business analyst on dozens of projects. Over the years, as marketing automation technologies emerged, Steve became well-versed in these tools and their related disciplines, such as: content marketing, conversion rate optimization, and sales/marketing alignment.
In 2013, Steve shifted his focus in order to develop a vendor-neutral consulting practice with Daryn Reif. CRM Switch helps companies become more successful with sales, marketing, and customer service technologies, no matter which vendor they ultimately select. It is this notable level of integrity that has caused Steve to be known as, “reliable as it gets.”
Today, Steve is the primary author of the blog at CRMSwitch.com, which was rated a “Top 20 CRM Blog for 2015” by CRM Buyer. He is also the co-host of a highly rated podcast named “CRM Talk.”
