What Online Community Resources Do CRM Vendors Offer?

Here are some of the CRM community resources provided by four of the major CRM vendors.  Many of these sites are excellent resources not only for customers, but also for people who are researching CRM options for their organization.

Salesforce – Salesforce.com customers can log into Salesforce Customer Resources, where they can ask questions to the community, watch training videos, get tips, participate in webinars, and download upcoming release previews. Customers can also visit the Idea Exchange, where they can talk to product managers and make suggestions for future releases.

Sage CRM – Sage CRM customers can visit the Sage CRM Community. Here, customers can read different types of articles on Sage CRM Blogs, post on various forums, and download product guides. Customers can also visit the Marketplace, where they can submit, download, and comment about add-ons. Additionally, customers can publicly post suggestions to the Ideas Hub, read FAQs, and watch training videos.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM – When a Microsoft CRM customer logs into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community, they can read blog posts, FAQs, guides, and Executive Insights. Customers can also submit questions publicly, watch video tutorials, and submit product suggestions in Connect.

Sugar – SugarCRM customers can find answers to their questions on the SugarCRM Forums. CRM Resources has software guides, demos, white papers, webcasts, and blog posts. Sugar University also offers training videos and podcasts.

The CRM customer community options let customers learn how to maximize the benefits that their CRM system provides to their organization. CRM buyers can get a preview of the customer community experience across the various vendors.
