People who are looking for a CRM solution for their company — or current CRM customers who want to stay up-to-date with the latest developments — may want to attend a CRM conference before the year is over.

CRM Conference Calendar: August 2012

Sage Summit - Sage Summit is a CRM conference held by Sage, a provider of CRM and ERP solutions. This year it will be held in Nashville, Tennessee. People who attend Sage Summit include both customers (C-Level, owners, business or departmental managers, product users, IT staff, system administrators) and partners (C-Level, owners, consultants, sales and marketing professionals, strategy and deployment professionals, Sage Accountants Network members, developers, analysts). In that vein, the conference is divided into two sessions:

Customer Days | August 14–17, 2012 During this week, customers can attend informative and hands-on sessions and and workshops, browse new products at the Trade Show, or run in the 5K Music Fun Run/Walk.

Partner Days | August 12–14, 2012 Partners can also attend the expert sessions and workshops, the Trade Show, partner netowrking receptions, and a partner appreciation party.

CRM Conference Calendar: September 2012

Dreamforce - Dreamforce is a CRM conference put on by salesforce.com, inc. for interested partners, executives, marketing or sales professionals, developers, service and support staff, IT professionals, and administrators. This year it will be held in San Francisco, California from September 18-21, 2012.

The salesforce.com CRM conference features informational sessions divided up by company roles, industries, and salesforce.com products. This year’s keynote speakers include Marc Benioff (Chairman & CEO, salesforce.com), Sir Richard Branson (Founder, Virgin Group), Jeff Immelt (Chairman & CEO, General Electric), Gen. Colin Powell [(Retired), Former Secretary of State], and Anthony Robbins (Entrepreneur, Author & Peak Performance Strategist).

Oracle OpenWorld – is a conference by Oracle that will be held from September 30-October 4, 2012 in San Francisco, California. Attendees can choose from different “streams,” or theme-tracks for lectures and labs, including: “Applications,” “Database,” “Middleware,” “Oracle Develop,” “Server and Storage Systems” or “Cross-stream.” Guests can also choose a stream that is geared toward a specific industry. Additionally, the conference features demos and keynote speakers.
